Got it Done

Daniel was able to get us possession of our home in a timely manner at a time when COVID laws were changing rapidly in California. We were in fear that our tenants would destroy our home, Daniel was able to work out a deal with tenants counsel that ensured less damage than we anticipated.

The right Atty for your Eviction case

Mr. Marshall went above and beyond in what started out as a simple eviction, but quickly became very complicated with Covid-19 and Rent Moratorium. Mr. Marshall shifted gears very quickly and kept our case in play when it would have very likely fallen apart with other less experienced attorneys. I do...n't wish our tenant or eviction experience on anyone (except maybe our ex tenant ), it was an awful stressful mess, but having Mr. Marshall lead us through it was reassuring and at some points we found ourselves able to laugh and have fun. That is only possible when you know you're protected and that you've got the right Attorney representing you. He was fair with fees and worked really hard for us to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Today we take possession of our property back and we are so pleased. Thank you, Mr. Marshall.

Eviction help- Ding- Dong, the B is GONE!!!

Thank you for helping me evict that crazy b!!! This was a nightmare scenario with a REAL pain in the a** tenant.. This is my first property so it was very unnerving and literally kept me up at night. I'm glad I found an AWESOME attorney, who took the time to walk me through the possible options. It ...was especially complicated because of COVID, getting these people out. There is NO WAY I could have got this done on my own. Those people are gone, my other tenants are happy, the neighbors are happy, and, hey, even the neighborhood cat is happy that they are out of there (they were THAT bad). Thank you so much Mr. Marshall, for your help and expertise. Would 100% use this service again or recommend to anyone who asks.

His advice gave me the piece of mind to continue with a purchase knowing that the worst case scenario still had a solution.

I called Mr. Marshall about an issue with a property I was purchasing. I gave him a concise explanation of the issue. He gave me his opinion on what could be done and asked for me to follow up with paperwork and a title report to verify everything. When I followed up with those things he let me kn...ow that I was good to go with existing paperwork filed by another party even though there were certain issues and mistakes he noted on them. The alternative was losing 30 days and waiting until I closed on the property for his firm to draft a new notice to vacate in my name. So in brief, he was willing to save me time and money even though it meant the money he was saving me was money he could have charged me. I really appreciated that. I am happy to say that the issue was resolved before it needed to escalate any further, and though this review is only based on a consultation I was ready and willing to sign a retainer. It was Mr. Marshall who recommended we wait to see until the 60 day notice expired.
