Dan Did an Amazing Job

Dan Marshall was there for us every step of the way, and we would not have been able to win our case without his expertise. My wife and I were very impressed by how prepared he was and his experience as a lawyer proved to be game changer. It was almost as if he was one step ahead of the game througho...ut the entire process and trial. Amazing!

There is no better lawyer in San Diego than Daniel and his team. I didn’t have to worry or spend sleepless night thinking about my difficult tenants and how to properly and quickly evict them. He did it all in a matter of days and was super professional. He is straight to the point, assertive, and ef...fective. He will communicate with you anytime you need him and immediately answer any questions you have. He constantly informed me about the progress of my case. Best eviction attorney in San Diego!

Attorney Marshall help me with the eviction process during COVID-19 and he was able to get the job done even after all the changes to the eviction moratorium. He made the eviction process really easy always kept me updated through the process he explained everything and the steps needed to successful...ly evict a tenant during this times.
