Perfect Eviction Lawyer in San Diego, CA

Worth any penny. Daniel Marshall is the best eviction lawyer in town. He did exactly what he promised. I would trust him in heartbeat. Lawyer Daniel Marshall handled my case perfectly, professionally, and made right decision. He worked extremely hard, and never missed any tiny details that might he...lp my cases I have a nightmare tenant who thought she would not be evicted due to evection ban. She violated lease contract all the way from smoking inside premises to bringing her criminals friends to live. Criminals/ polices came in/out my property never ended until lawyer Daniel Marshall helped kick her out right before the San Diego county passed ordinance that further restricts evictions in San Diego County on 05/04/2021. Other good, long-term tenants already threatened to move out if we could not kick this nightmare tenant out. Thanks Daniel for ending my nightmares. If you have nightmare tenants or need landlord legal services, I strongly recommend you to contact lawyer Daniel Marshall. He is your guy. Very satisfied client

I had a nightmare tenant that didn’t pay rent for five months during that time she bought a new car, she was constantly texting me harassing me. I tried to evict her myself but the judge dismissed the case because she said I was missing two forms. I decided I needed to hire a lawyer, I told my daug...hter this. My daughter researched eviction lawyers and found Mr. Daniel Marshall had many great reviews, she told me to hire him so I did. I am so happy and grateful that I did hire him because I think it was less than 10 days later I looked in my ring camera from work stressed out and I seen a U-Haul. We won our case!

Our case started in July of last year during the middle of the COVID-19 lock down. The tenants breached the lease by subletting. During this difficult time Mr. Marshall navigated a difficult and changing legal situation thru an eviction in March. We cannot express enough our appreciation for his s...ervices and the way Mr. Marshall championed our case. Want more bang for your buck? Daniel Marshall is the most effective and fastest eviction lawyer in So Cal. We had a nightmare tenant (40 yrs old) making life a living hell 24/7 for our small apartment building tenants and neighbors. The police responded to eleven 911 calls in 20 days time and repeate...dly said, "Unless commits a crime in public, it's a tenant / landlord civil case and they couldn't do much but talk to him (basically telling him to stop causing problems, he'd say ok, they'd drive away, and he'd continue screaming, cussing at tenants, slamming doors and furniture, and causing havoc 24/7). hired Daniel Marshall Eviction Lawyer, Esq. and by 5 pm that very afternoon our nightmare tenant was served the first in a rapid fire series of eviction notices all adhering to tenant's Due Process rights.
