I found Mr. Daley though a vast Internet search. My 15 year old daughter became a victim of a felony crime that another 15 year old conducted. We needed to get a restraining order and navigate the juvenile justice system which is very different than adult. My intention was to have the temporary restraining order made Permanent, with as little disruption as possible. Mr. Daley was highly responsive in communicating and being responsive to us. He quickly worked to get the restraining order made permanent. He finessed it where the defense did not argue about making it permanent and my daughter did not need to testify, all within a matter of 3 weeks. He made a very unpleasant situation tolerable by taking care of the matter quickly and successfully. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism.
