As a DUI attorney I agree with previous reviewer's comments, a Savior; a Magician! If you need a really great DUI lawyer who is a straight shooter, and will give you great service, look no further than Mr. Daley. After talking with a few other DUI attorneys I chose Mr. Daley. He is really the on...ly DUI lawyer in San Diego that you need to call.

Hi- found Atty Daley on the internet after some prayer :). My son made some foolish choices in college and ended up with a couple of misdemeanors..and I did not want his record tarnished for his stupidness..when he worked so hard to get into college- even though he had lessons to learn. My son lik...ed Atty Daley, and for both of us he was thorough, professional, and went all out to do his best for us. Remarkably...the misdemeanors were dropped...and my son benefited from having to meet with counselors at college to deal with at risk behaviours. :) Totally grateful :)

I can't say it any better than by completely agreeing with a previous review's comment, "This guy IS a savior." I was being charged with a 2nd and 3rd DUI when I chose to hire Mr. William Daley as my attorney. I wish had known about him sooner, when I had my prior DUI cases. I trusted his a...dvice, and looking back, his service was priceless. I have NEVER dealt with a more professional and adept, and all around righteous lawyer. I did talk with a couple of other Yelp and Avvo Advertised lawyers, but It was obvious when I first met Mr. Daley that he had some REAL life experience contributing to his success. He always dealt with everything in a calm, focused and direct manner, no bullshit. I saw first hand the rapport he builds with other people - including the Judges and Prosecutors. He was even able to bring a little levity into the courtroom, getting the judge to laugh. In short, Mr. Daley saved my life, he went above and beyond the call of duty and it's an awesome feeling to have someone like that in your corner. He saved my job, and even though his fees are higher than some of the other Avvo and Yelp lawyers, I would recommend Mr. Daley in a heartbeat!!
