I can honestly say that Mr.Daley is THE number ONE DUI attorney in San Diego! I was charged with my 4th DUI, which is mandatory jail/prison time. I am NOT going to jail AND I am also able to keep my job! He has literally saved my life!!! When I received my DUI I was scared, stressed and had no idea how to deal with any of the legal processes. This was my second DUI and I was facing serious penalties; I had to wear a SCRAM bracelet, do the 18 month DUI program, had 10 days of picking up trash on the freeway and was looking at 4 days i...n jail. Because the penalties were more serious I decided to get legal help in order to receive the best outcome possible with my case. I did a lot of research on multiple websites and I even had a meeting with a different lawyer (Mr. DUI, who in my opinion takes advantage of people who are in distress and emotional). I did not feel comfortable with anyone until I spoke to Mr. Daley. The second I got off the phone with him I knew I was going to be alright and I felt relieved for the first time since my whole nightmare had started. Mr. Daley was very upfront about the possible outcomes of my case and he never promised me anything that he knew he could not deliver. He was always available to answer any of my questions, day or night or weekends, and made me feel like my case was important. In the end I still had to take part in the 18 month program and wear the SCRAM bracelet but Mr. Daley was able to reduce the 10 days of highway trash to 36 hours of community service and he convinced the judge to allow me to do 4 days of house arrest instead of actual jail time, which saved me from possibly losing my job. He was able to get me all of the outcomes he had stated, outcomes I know I never would have gotten on my own or with a public defender. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Daley! If you need one of the most experienced and reputable lawyers in San Diego I highly recommend that you please pick up the phone and talk to Mr. Daley, you will not regret it.

I would recommend Mr. Daley a thousand times! I was being charged with a 3rd DUI when I chose to hire him as my attorney. I made my decision to retain Mr. Daley because I trusted his authenticity. He always explained everything in a calm, focused and direct manner--no bullshit. And looking back..., his service was priceless. Mr. Daley is an AMAZING attorney! It must have been an act of GOD that I was directed to this amazing man. He was prompt, courteous and offered immediate guidance for my problem. After calling over 15 attorneys, I decided Mr. Daley would be the best attorney to represent me for my wrong doing. Being a young college student, I made mistakes, and got caught for it. I didn't want anything on my criminal record in fear that it would affect my future, therefore, before returning n...orth for school, I paid Mr. Daley in full and left him with the rest.
