Walton Law Firm Took Care Of The Hassles

I was working as an EMT when my ambulance was hit from behind by a drunk driver on I-5. I was injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital, and the drunk driver was arrested and jailed. Because the driver was arrested at the scene, it was very difficult to find out his insurance information. Plus,... because I was working, I received workers compensation benefits, and the work comp company wanted to be repaid for the benefits I received. It was a complicated case, so I decided to hire an attorney to sort it all out. Walton Law Firm was able to locate the responsible insurance company, sort out the complicated workers' compensation lien, and to obtain a settlement for me that I was really happy with. Randy and Sarah answered my calls and all of my questions, and explained the process all the way through.

Randy Walton was enormously helpful during a very difficult time

Just before my husband’s term life insurance was set to expire, he made arrangements to purchase new insurance from a different company. We had four children, and he wanted to make sure they were covered. He contacted a life insurance broker who walked him through the application process and told h...im would be insured throughout the underwriting process. Based on those representations, my husband let his term policy expire. Before the new policy was issued, my husband died of an unforeseen heart attack. When I made a claim on the policy, it was denied because, I was told, my husband did not have any temporary coverage, despite being told so by the broker. As a newly widowed woman with four young children, the denial of the claim turned my already difficult life completely upside down. I consulted with Randy Walton, who, after looking at the documentation, agreed to take my case. Throughout the litigation process, which included both state and federal court, Randy kept me informed and up to date and consulted with me on every major decision. After more than a year of litigation, we obtained a settlement for more than the underlying insurance policy.

Very personal and caring about his clients.

I was involved in an auto accident where I was not at fault. In contacting Randy I explained to him what happened and he took over from there. I was not in this to get rich, but I did want to make sure that I got what was fair and reasonable. Randy was great with checking on me and my progress as I w...as being treated by my doctor and physical therapists. Never once did Randy pressure me in any way to settle until I was feeling as close to 100% as possible. To make a long story short, there is no doubt in my mind that I would contact Randy again if I was in the need for a great lawyer. He is certainly someone that other lawyers should measure themselves against. Thanks Randy!

Great, caring lawyer

Randy Walton is a wonderful lawyer. He handled our case as if it were a big one, even though it was a small case, yet still very important to us. He was always available to answer any questions, which he did with great knowledge and kindness. Randy is honest and steered us down the right path for our... case to be settled quickly and fairly.
