Recovery From a DUI Collision in North County

After viewing numerous injury lawyer websites for the entire San Diego County, I relied on a word-of-mouth referral and contacted Walton Law Firm. At the time, I did not realize how this choice resulted in an immensely helpful partnership and benefit toward my legal claims. I introduced myself to Red...mond, who immediately provided me with guidance and options to explore. I explained I was one of several victims involved in a DUI collision where there was loss of life for one person and another with bodily injuries. Furthermore, I spent one week in the hospital, reflecting on how fortunate I am to live and recover from multiple bone breaks, concussion, and many other critical injuries. Over the course of the past year, Redmond listened to my concerns and reviewed my situation as the case developed over time. In addition, Redmond invited Randy for supplemental guidance - and eventually both were by my side, educating me; handling logistics with medical billing, legal and court documentation; and then translating the terminology into practical, easy-to-understand language so that I can make informed decisions about representing myself in court and on paper. Redmond also joined me in court for initial witness testimony, offering me support as well as evaluating the testimony of others who were witnesses at my auto accident. After discouraging court delays, both Redmond and Randy remained vigilant and persistent in representing my short-term and long-term needs (financial, medical, and legal). In all, counseling from both Redmond and Randy has helped me with decisions and choices leading to my satisfaction with the financial settlement. Even though the civil case has technically ended, and auto insurance claims were distributed, the criminal case for the DUI driver continues. Redmond has offered to join me as I relive this experience. Since the first phone call, Redmond’s values and his commitment to the client are certainly above-and-beyond my expectations. Randy and Sarah also provided comfort and support during my recovery process. The San Diego area is populated with various accident and injury lawyers. Yet, I can say the entire team at Walton Law Firm has my respect. I feel welcome at their office when I stop by for updates; and I have never experienced boiler-room or high-pressure tactics throughout the course of my case. Thank you, Redmond, Randy, Sarah, and others who worked behind the scenes, where you ALL contributed to make a positive outcome for me as I continue to heal with lifelong injuries.

Randy helped me win my case!

In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have ti...me to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive. I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent. Fortunately, a family member suggested I give Walton Law Firm a call because they had heard good things about Randy and his team. I called Randy and met with him and Wil. They heard me. Randy and Wil believed in me and took the case. They filed a lawsuit and were relentless in fighting to get me justice. Randy and Wil cared about my recovery and getting the absolute best result. Wil wrote a killer mediation brief and Randy was masterful during the mediation, making sure the insurance company gave me what I deserved. And they got justice for me. I just obtained a significant settlement that will change my life. I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

Excellence

I had the need to discuss a private family matter with an attorney and ended up calling Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. I was aware of Randy's reputation in the community and hoped that he could help me navigate a complicated legal issue that required my involvement. When I called his office..., Randy took my call and proceeded to spend nearly an hour on the phone with me, first learning about my situation, and then walking me through what he believed were potential outcomes, and then the pathway to get there. He was genuinely interested in my case and was incredibly responsive to my questions. He explained clearly what it was going to take to get a good outcome, and the effort it would take to get there. I really appreciated his experience and obvious deep legal knowledge. I can understand why people seek him out for representation. I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to support Walton Law Firm and its entire team for being so helpful to me during a difficult time.

An Awesome Lawyer

I hired the Walton Law Firm to file an elderly wrongful death suit. I interviewed a number of law firms and found that Randy Walton possessed the most detailed knowledge of the law and discussed how he handled other like cases with his wealth of 20+ years of representing clients in this specific are...a. He made me feel very comfortable with his style. This was a very emotional situation for me, and he took great care in respecting. He explained all the steps that would happen throughout the process and he was spot on for every one of them. He also anticipated the opposing councils steps to be proactive and was able to handle them extremely effectively. I appreciated his communication at every step of the way and if I had questions, he made the time to talk on the phone. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or in the dark. He handled the case with professionalism and respect during the entire process. If you have a loved one who has been mistreated or worse, I would suggest giving Randy a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing

When I needed a personal injury lawyer I didn't want to have to go to downtown San Diego. I found Walton Law Firm on Google and called, and spoke with Sarah, who was so nice and super knowledgeable. I then spoke to attorney Randy Walton, who listened to my predicament and then spent nearly an hour wa...lking me through what would likely happen in my case. He was very personable, almost like a friend. I hired his firm and was really happy with how it all went. I was kept informed about my case and involved in the important decisions, and stoked that the case could be settled for more than I even thought it was worth. I strongly recommend this law firm.
