I was driving with my family in downtown San Diego, when we were hit by a driver who ran a red light. My husband and son suffered minor injuries, but I was hurt worse, and ultimately needed surgery. I had a history of neck problems, but in the days after the accident my problems got very bad so I dec...ided to call a lawyer. Since I live in North County, I wanted a local lawyer and found Walton Law Firm. I can't tell you how happy I was with the way my case handled. Randy Walton and Sarah Earnest guided me and my family through the process, made sure all my medical bills were paid, and got a good settlement for all of us .I would definitely use this law firm again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Walton Law Firm Took Care Of The Hassles

I was working as an EMT when my ambulance was hit from behind by a drunk driver on I-5. I was injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital, and the drunk driver was arrested and jailed. Because the driver was arrested at the scene, it was very difficult to find out his insurance information. Plus,... because I was working, I received workers compensation benefits, and the work comp company wanted to be repaid for the benefits I received. It was a complicated case, so I decided to hire an attorney to sort it all out. Walton Law Firm was able to locate the responsible insurance company, sort out the complicated workers' compensation lien, and to obtain a settlement for me that I was really happy with. Randy and Sarah answered my calls and all of my questions, and explained the process all the way through.

Walton Law Firm- Trustworthy, Professional and Highly Recommended

I was involved in a serious car accident while on duty as a San Diego Law Enforcement Officer. Because I was on duty, workers compensation insurance covered my medical expenses, but I also knew I had a case against the driver who hit me. I hired Randy Walton of Walton Law Firm to handle the case fo...r me and his office took care of everything, including dealing with the work comp lien. Randy and his staff were professional throughout the course of the case, and at the end I was happy with the result. In today's world it's hard to find somebody you can trust and has your best interest in mind. Randy is that guy. He's easy going but tenacious with his job. He will make you feel comfortable and keep you informed throughout the process. I give Randy and his office my highest recommendation.

Superb Injury Lawyer

Although known to me personally, Randy still handled my case in a very professional and efficient manner. I was involved in a bad car accident when the other driver ran a red light. Randy carefully explained the whole process and options for filing a claim. The efficiency of Randy and his staff resu...lted in my case being settled in a very timely manner, without the need to go to court and for much more than I expected. The best personal injury lawyer in North San Diego County
