Kirk only show up one time the other times is was his Assistant Fuguet just kept pushing my court and her answer was nothing happening today we are pushing for another date. They did not handle my case well, and fail to communicate it would take da...ys to get a call from them.

I was represented by Tarman's firm when he and Attorney Bobby Shamulian had a partnership several years ago. I was promised no jail time after consultation. Come to find out during my case, Kirk and Bobby had separated and split and Bobby was the one who initially took my case. I assumed once Bob...by left, all the cases were dumped onto Kirk to represent. Kirk did not make me feel like he had my back. I spend $10k to retain their services and I felt like I would have been better off with a public defender since I felt more pressured to take the deal. At one court hearing, a lot of people were waiting in the lobby before they let people in the court room, and to my surprise, Kirk was representing %80 of the families there that day. He literally walked down one by one, as if we were in a line, to each of us saying hello and updates relevant to our individual cases. That demonstrated to me that he had more clients than he can handle, regardless if he had Associated Attorneys or not. They took my money and failed on his firms' promise to me that was discussed at my initial consultation.
