You want this man in your corner!

I will start off by saying that I can't say enough about Mr. Jacob Iloulian! So, I will do my very best to express in words how much I appreciate what he has done for me and my family. I spent a couple of months trying to get attorneys to respond to my inquiries. I had no luck and decided to give ...up for a while. When I started noticing more problems with my new home purchase, I came to this website and posted the issues we were having. Mr. Iloulian was very quick to respond to my concerns. He wasn't aggressively trying to obtain me as a client, but instead was helpful and suggested I contact an attorney. I instantly reached out to him by email and he began helping me with the questions I had. There was a lot of information to go over, and I had a lot of emotions. He was patient, listened to my issues, and suggested I send a demand letter. I hired Mr. Iloulian to handle drafting up and sending out our demand letter. He was quick to answer any questions that I had, by text and phone. I was surprised at how quickly he got back to me every time I needed him. I have never experienced such professionalism. I have never been in a legal situation, or needed an attorney, so I did not know what to expect. He was kind enough to explain things to me very patiently, and I always felt that I was being taken care of, listened to, and that I was in good hands. He was not quick to jump into litigation. He suggested trying to work things out with the opposing party first. When that was not satisfactory to the other party, Mr. Iloulian helped us set up mediation. He was always one step ahead of the other attorney. He is very soft-spoken, and has a calm demeanor, but don't let that fool you! He knows exactly what he is doing, and is extremely knowledgeable. In fact, it's exactly what you want from an attorney. In a difficult mediation, he was able to skillfully draft up an agreement with the other attorney, being sure that we were covered and got everything we wanted. Even after we came to an agreement, Mr. Iloulian has been quick to answer any questions and is there to give us advice. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me and my family. He is so much more than an attorney. Many attorneys are just jumping from one client to the next, not thinking about the client as an actual person with feelings and fears. Mr. Iloulian made us feel safe in a uncomfortable situation that we were uncertain about. I have complete confidence in him and feel that anyone who hires him will be more than satisfied with his abilities. There is no doubt that we will be using his services for all future legal matters. He is a man of integrity and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Jacob Iloulian.

Complex real estate transaction including mediation with Jacob Iloulian

When it comes to real estate law, Jacob is very knowledgeable and was a powerful asset to have on our side. My brother and I were on the seller's side of a real estate transaction where the agent made a mess of things and the buyer was litigating. Jacob helped us untangle a web of legal issues and ...orchestrated a mediation session that resulted in significant concessions for our side and stopped the long and expensive process of litigation. His soft touch approach was very disarming to the opposing players which set the stage for a cooperative agreement rather than getting dug into a fight about who was right or wrong. He is very honest, kept us updated on all activities, and provided his services for a fraction of the price we were quoted by other attorneys. I have worked with many attorneys and Jacob is by far the most down to earth, considerate, and reasonable one I have met. He has renewed my faith in the legal profession and will continue to be my first choice for all upcoming real estate matters requiring legal clarification and/or defense.

Very approachable - humble - smart

I had Jacob represent my accounting firm on several legal negotiations. Although he is very humble, when it comes to negotiations and doing his research, Jacob is a legal genius. I know he is someone I can trust, and more importantly, someone who can get me results. He also is very good about... taking my calls, and responding to my concerns quickly. I'd highly recommend him for personal and corporate negotiations. Especially in the realm of property investing.

Excellent Job!!!

Jacob is always on point. I have used Jacob over the years and he has always be able to get at the core of the problem and help come up with practical solutions to help tackle the issues. He is a man of his word. He gives you realistic expectations and always goes above and beyond to help surpass tho...se expectations. His honest expert opinion has helped me save a time and money over and over again.
