Amazing experience with Joe Rose.

I hired Joe Rose because I realized, after working with a company for a year, that they were not paying me or anyone I worked with overtime. They were taking advantage of the fact that most of their employees were a little younger, and that we didn't really know the labor laws of California. I attemp...ted to get this situation resolved by myself with Labor Comissions, but they pretty much laughed in my face because I didn't have "sufficient evidence". This is when I decided to hire an attorney with another coworker, and I am extremely grateful I had made that decision. We were up against one of the largest real estate investing companies in all of Sacramento, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, Joe took us in, consulted our situation, recommended we get as many other employees as we could involved, then went to work to get what was rightfully ours. Joe was very attentive, and kept us updated almost daily as to the standing and progression of our case. Joe was extremely confident that we had a good case, and continued to work away through every objection that was thrown at us. The people we were up against, being very affluent in the Sacramento area, had hired and fired a couple different lawyers, who kept coming up with different defenses that were completely absurd. Finally, because they knew we were going to win the case because of how strong it was, the defense decided to settle, and me along with all of my coworkers at the time were compensated for the amount of work that we had put in, and more for the fraud and lies that we had to prove before we got there. I would highly recommend Joe Rose if anyone is looking for a lawyer who will be attentive, considerate, and completely honest throughout your case. He was clearly in it for the passion of his work, not just to get money out of people. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Joe for all of your help!!

Assistance with unemployment insurance benefits

I wish I could rate Mr. Rose as at least a 10! He gave me an immediate phone response to an employment question I had regarding unemployment insurance benefits. He asked some probing questions seeking to fully understand my situation. Then, he explained the intent and purpose of the law regarding une...mployment insurance benefits. Finally, he suggested some strategies to implement as I proceed. I am grateful for his immediate response, sincere interest in my situation, and professional expertise. I will definitely engage Mr. Rose again if I need legal support regarding any type of employment issues. Mr. Rose was highly recommended to me by my accountant. Thank you, again, Mr. Rose, for your expertise!

Exceptional !!!!

I was looking for a lawyer to help me in a wrongful termination case and my husband by chance called Mr. Rosés office and left a message with our number. I was surprised when he called later that night, so promptly and past "normal office hours". He is so easy to talk to and gives you his full and fo...cused attention, right away he feels like a friend who truly is concerned and wants to help. "Joe" helped me understand the process, took the time to answer any questions I had and was above and beyond a professional, knowledgeable and compassionate lawyer .I wanted to hire him, but UNFORTUNATELY I didn't give him much notice and he was already booked for the day. He was very gracious and wished me the best. I would most definitely recommend Joe Rose. He is a outstanding and exceptional honest human being and lawyer!

The Best..

I met with Joe re a minor incident that easily could've been brushed aside. There was not a lot of time or money involved. Communication with Joe was immediate. He was on top of my case from start to finish. Probably one year and a half later I needed to contact Joe re the case. I emailed him and... within one day he replied- on the weekend! Bottom line Joe is a lawyer that is available, he's hands on and no case is unimportant. He is not a typical lawyer.

Employment Law Attorney

Working with an employment law attorney was the last thing I would ever have thought I would have had to do during these last years in my career. I feel so fortunate to have found Rose Law. Joe was able to walk me through the legal process and help me understand all the steps as we went along. I can...'t imagine using anyone else other than Joe as an attorney for a wrongful termination lawsuit. Because of Rose Law I am now able to move forward with my life and continue my career path.
