Strong Attorney Services Recommendation

It is my privilege to recommend Joseph Rose, an excellent lawyer who represents my employee association. As a member of the employee association, I had the pleasure of working with Joseph. Unfortunately, due to economic constraints, my employer was forced to restructure the organization, leading to t...he elimination of my position and recommendation to be laid-off. As such, Joseph was tasked with successfully advocating for an unprecedented severance package, on my behalf, usually reserved for upper management and executives. Joseph has an exceptionally strong eye for detail that has been a benefit to the employee association on more than one occasion. Joseph also has a very calm, compassionate and approachable demeanor that was a blessing for my family and I during a very difficult year. Furthermore, Joseph Rose law firm is very organized with a user friendly web based account tailored to manage my file with all the corresponding documents and communications during the layoff and severance package negotiations period. Very Honest lawyer, hard to find these days.

Rose Law reference

As a board member for our retiree association I approved the retainer of Rose Law. Joe directed the incorporation of our association and facilitated us obtainging our not-for-profit status. Although we did not go to trial our lawsuit resulted in multiple meetings with plaintiffs counsel and mediati...on. We eventually received a settlement that our board and members at large felt was relatively fair and definitely the best we were going to get. Without Joe's representation we would have received nothing. Joe always kept us abreast with developments in the case and gave us easy to understand advice on our chances, risks and odds of us prevailing. At no time did I ever feel he placed his firms interest above ours and am grateful for his honesty and integrity. Everyone at his firm was always courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Rose Law.

nothing short of amazing

Working with Joe Rose was nothing short of amazing. Joe was very personable and professional with the utmost integrity. Communication was instantaneous both verbally and through the online client website. I was terrified that I was about to lose my paramedic license and Joe walked me through ev...ery step of the process. I remember sitting in the courtroom watching him work and being so relieved that I had selected Joe to represent me as I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had about things that I could not understand. Joe was appropriately aggressive and I felt that he fought hard to help me keep my license. I remember thinking after the hearing and before the ruling that even if I did not get the outcome I was looking for, there is nobody in the world that I would want by my side through such a stressful process. In the end, I received the outcome I was looking for and got to keep my license. I am glad I hired Joe to represent me as soon as foresaw possible trouble and not any later. I will recommend Joe to any and all of my friends or family who may need his help in the future.

I know this was a terrifying and stressful process for you, with your paramedic license and livelihood being threatened with revocation by a state agency. You always maintained your composure and professionalism . Like you, I was gratified with our victory when, faced with a government agency determined to revoke your professional license and totally unwilling to engage in any settlement negotiations, the result was just an administrative fine - the least intrusive discipline that could possibly be imposed. It was a pleasure helping you get justice and bringing out whole truth through challenging legal process.

Great Lawyer
