Jose Rose Protectes Public Servants!!!

Jose Rose is the gold standard to have the back of Public Safety personnel. I consulted with and hired Joe. From the moment I first talked with him he was very knowledgable in dealing with public safety agencies and how they operate. He is very trustworthy and highly intelligent. He was by my side ev...ery step of the way and always confident and aggressive in his representation. Being a former Firefighter/Paramedic he is truly in touch with his clients and understands rigors of the job, decision making, and politics involved with government agencies. I would not be where I am with out him. He is the only Lawyer I have full trust in and know my best interest is his top priority. Thank You Joe!!!

Very Honest lawyer, hard to find these days.

Very Honest, very fair lawyer. I completely felt at ease talking to Joe. He considered all aspects of my case and gave me a fair assessment.

Ultimate victory over corrupt agency

I can’t speak highly enough for Rose Law. Went through a difficult time with my police department. Joe and his team was there for me through the entire process. Joe was always very honest and upbeat throughout the entire process regardless if we were up or down. Joe‘s hard work and dedication toward ...my case I feel wholeheartedly contributed to the success in our victory overall. nothing short of amazing

Working with Joe Rose was nothing short of amazing. Joe was very personable and professional with the utmost integrity. Communication was instantaneous both verbally and through the online client website. I was terrified that I was about to lose my paramedic license and Joe walked me through ev...ery step of the process. I remember sitting in the courtroom watching him work and being so relieved that I had selected Joe to represent me as I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had about things that I could not understand. Joe was appropriately aggressive and I felt that he fought hard to help me keep my license. I remember thinking after the hearing and before the ruling that even if I did not get the outcome I was looking for, there is nobody in the world that I would want by my side through such a stressful process. In the end, I received the outcome I was looking for and got to keep my license. I am glad I hired Joe to represent me as soon as foresaw possible trouble and not any later. I will recommend Joe to any and all of my friends or family who may need his help in the future.

I know this was a terrifying and stressful process for you, with your paramedic license and livelihood being threatened with revocation by a state agency. You always maintained your composure and professionalism . Like you, I was gratified with our victory when, faced with a government agency determined to revoke your professional license and totally unwilling to engage in any settlement negotiations, the result was just an administrative fine - the least intrusive discipline that could possibly be imposed. It was a pleasure helping you get justice and bringing out whole truth through challenging legal process.

Amazing experience with Joe Rose.

I hired Joe Rose because I realized, after working with a company for a year, that they were not paying me or anyone I worked with overtime. They were taking advantage of the fact that most of their employees were a little younger, and that we didn't really know the labor laws of California. I attemp...ted to get this situation resolved by myself with Labor Comissions, but they pretty much laughed in my face because I didn't have "sufficient evidence". This is when I decided to hire an attorney with another coworker, and I am extremely grateful I had made that decision. We were up against one of the largest real estate investing companies in all of Sacramento, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, Joe took us in, consulted our situation, recommended we get as many other employees as we could involved, then went to work to get what was rightfully ours. Joe was very attentive, and kept us updated almost daily as to the standing and progression of our case. Joe was extremely confident that we had a good case, and continued to work away through every objection that was thrown at us. The people we were up against, being very affluent in the Sacramento area, had hired and fired a couple different lawyers, who kept coming up with different defenses that were completely absurd. Finally, because they knew we were going to win the case because of how strong it was, the defense decided to settle, and me along with all of my coworkers at the time were compensated for the amount of work that we had put in, and more for the fraud and lies that we had to prove before we got there. I would highly recommend Joe Rose if anyone is looking for a lawyer who will be attentive, considerate, and completely honest throughout your case. He was clearly in it for the passion of his work, not just to get money out of people. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Joe for all of your help!!
