Before coming to Anna Tsibel at Ace Immigration, I was in an abusive marriage and going through my immigration process. It was a really dark and stressful time for me and I was looking for legal advice. One of my friends sent me Anna’s contact and said she specializes in cases similar to mine. Right ...away I reached out to her and received a lot of very helpful information over the phone, Anna explained to me the process of what needs to be done and I had all my trust to work with her on my case. I was 19 years old at the time and Anna was very supportive and caring. She made sure to come and meet me in person in the area where I live as I didn’t have the ability to drive to the office. She explained to me how the process works, what needs to be done, and I felt very comfortable going with her. Her office was very efficient, they pr...epared everything for the court extremely quickly, including missing translations, and I was scheduled for my individual court hearing 5 months after everything was filed. But I did not even have to testify, because the government said that my case is so well-prepared that they agree to grant me the asylum. On top of this, Anna arranged for me to use my computer to be present in court, instead of flying across the country. It was still very scary to appear in front of the judge in court, but the judge did not ask me any questions about my case, and told us that everything is approved. I can now start a new life here in the US!
