Working with a lawyer is easy.

Hello! My spouse and I live in San Francisco. I am writing a review on my own initiative, as my lawyer was really professional, and I would like to share information about her to help others in need. My lawyer's name is Anna Moreas. I head of Anna from some acquaintances, at the last moment befor...e I had to file my case. I told her about my situation. She gave me an initial free consultation, just explained my situations in plain and simple terms, without hiding anything. She told about what to expect from the process and what needs to be done. I liked it very much, because when they say to you: “pay the money first and then we will tell you something”, this is the purchase of “a cat in a bag”. We immediately discussed all the points and started cooperation. She is in Los Angeles, and we are in San Francisco. At first I was very worried about this, but there was no need for that, because we discussed everything by the phone anyway. She told me she is usually able to travel to any city to attend the interview. I prefer to check all the information that I receive, so in the beginning I checked everything that she would tell me from various sources and for two years of cooperation I have never had any discrepancies, so I can say for sure that she is fully competent in what she does. Moreover, if I asked an unrelated question, then she honestly said that she would either need to obtain the information or it is out of her professional competence and I would need to contact a lawyer of a different profile on this issue. I also liked Anna because she knows more than a regular lawyer needs and goes above and beyond to assist a client, which is very pleasing and helps in a personal matter. Unfortunately, when I had an interview scheduled, she could not come, as she had a court hearing scheduled on the same day, that she could not reschedule. She gave us options of either rescheduling our interview, or finding somebody to cover for her. We decided to keep our interview date, so Anna found another immigration attorney who was available to accompany us. I asked how much she trusts him. She replied that she fully trusted him, and prepared both us and him in advance, for the difficult moments of our case. That other lawyer came to the interview, who was also great, like Anna, and everything went smoothly. He was able to answer difficult questions because he learned about all the details of our case ahead of time. Anna is a true professional, and she is friends with other professionals, which makes me very happy. When we started the collaboration, she immediately warned that before our interview there would be likely more than a year and we would be taking it slowly. But when the date of the interview was unexpectedly appointed, she said that she was now ready to work with us around the clock and this was true very, very quickly, as I often received letters from her even during off-hours and weekends. She always quickly picked up the phone and answered all questions. Often we, of course, corresponded by mail, since it is easier to remember the necessary information and it is more convenient for both to answer at a convenient time. When we were in Los Angeles, we drove to Anna for a test interview, which could also be done via Skype (having previously agreed on this, of course) and left completely confident in our abilities and preparation for the interview. We passed the interview with approval and continue to cooperate with our lawyer. Call her, you'll like her. She deserves your attention. And remember that a lawyer can do a lot, but not everything, because you should always know that water does not flow under a lying stone. Work on your life and everything will work out for you, and Anna will back you up and support you so that you do not stumble by chance in tons of legal documents written by thousands of officials. Oleg and Ivan from San Francisco :-)

Professional and Personable

Anna helped my wife (non-American, non-resident) and I through the immigration process after we got married and could not have been happier with Anna’s help. I originally scheduled to consult with her and had intended to meet with other lawyers as well, but her helpfulness at answering my questions a...nd her professional manner convinced me that there was no need to shop around further. She was consistently communicative, easy to work with and good at explaining the confusing processes. Anna is the perfect balance of professional and knowledgeable while still being personable and available to us as her clients. I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone in need with help regarding immigration matters.

Terrible experiences

Stay away!!! If you do not want to lose your time and money!!! I want to share my experience with Anna! She will be nice to you until you pay her! She will rent a good large office in one or two hours to rip you dust and make an impression! And once you paid you it is not interesting! She has... very little work experience, she is NOT COMPETENT! If you still made a mistake and made a contract with her, check everything yourself to the smallest detail!!! In the process of my work with her, I had questions about my case! And I always got one answer: I'm very busy asking your question via SMS! WHAT??? SMS??? What kind of lawyer is this with whom you communicate on sms ???? To the question she will respond very dryly and concisely (as if she has read my question she is looking for an answer on the Internet, and after she finds the necessary article answers)!!! VERY VERY VERY NOT COMPLETE Once my question (only in my case) she answered: my consultation costs $ 200 WHAT ???? I pay you a lot of money and do not get answers to my questions!!! why??? That's why I and my family lost a lot of money and three years of time !!! Only because she did not prepare the documents correctly, independently made changes without informing me!!! I do not understand why such a terrible lawyer has good reviews? I consider them not real, written by friends or acquaintances!!! Stay away from this lawyer Choose professionals

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with my services. You hired me for Consular Processing, which is what our retainer expressly states, and we also discussed that there might be a possibility that your wife could visit you temporarily during this process, but she would need to go back to her country for the interview; we also discussed that if Visa Bulletin allows, there *may* be an opportunity to change to adjustment of status, although that was unlikely. You changed your mind and decided that your wife would not leave the US, overstaying her visa. I explained to you during our multiple phone conversations that her overstay would make her ineligible for receive her greencard, unless you become a US citizen. I asked you many times not to send me any questions via text messages, and that emailing me the questions would be the best, as you can always review my answers at any time later. You ignored all these requests. You showed up to a meeting with me drunk! You wanted to get information about something that had nothing to do with our retainer, so I told you that providing extra services would cost you extra money. Yes, it is in our retainer as well. I wish you and your family the best of luck!

The only lawyer I trust!

I've met Anna in 2006, to get a fiancé visa started. From day 1, she always did a great job! From little things to anything major, I was always informed on status of the case to if something was missing or needed to be done in order for the case to go as smooth as possible. And 6 months later, my f...iancé was in Los Angeles and she had no issues getting her visa, all thanks to Anna! After we got married, she handled all the paperwork that needed to be filled out and sent for my wife's permanent green card (as well as later on for a US passport). And once again, Anna did an amazing job! No issues, everything went nice and easy, no headache with officials! She does such an amazing job, so her clients have to worry about nothing! Everything you need, just listen to her and follow what she says. She will keep you updated, she is always honest (she won't lie to her clients just to get a case like some lawyers do just to make money), there is always trust between her and her clients and she is always available! I recommended her to my friends and all of them could not thank her enough for an outstanding job she does!! So I highly recommend her to anyone!!!! P.S. This is the first time I write a review, just wanted to share my experience!

My review for Anna Tsibel Moreas

I'm now Green Card holder, but it was very difficult case for me. I was not familiar with all immigration process and realized during this that bad lawyer can ruin your case. After a previously terrible experience with immigration lawyer I did extensive research and interviewed a variety of immigrati...on lawyers before choosing Anna Tsibel Moreas. Anna went above and beyond my expectations, she explained the entire process, was up front honest about everything. From the start I felt very comfortable dealing with her. She replied to my every email during the process and really kept me up to date through every step by phone and face-to-face visit.I I found Anna to be very attentive and sincere. A reasonable time later I received the approval letter of Green Card. I am currently living and working in the state of California. I would definitely recommend Anna to others seeking legal advice with regards to refugee and immigration.
