Lorenzo and probate house are amazing

Lorenzo helped me from start to finish. He was super helpful and kept me informed through the entire process. Made a difficult situation and process much more easy to navigate through. I would recommend him and his team to anyone who needs to do the probate process. I would hire him again if I ever ...needed to.

I am fortunate to have Lorenzo representing me

Lorenzo is an excellent probate attorney. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Lorenzo to guide me through the myriad of issues I've faced while settling my late sister's estate. He is always there to answer my legal questions and provide helpful referrals to get the job done. Amongst the many... issues Lorenzo has helped me solve are: the eviction of a squatter during Covid, finding an estate tax preparer, identifying and creating legal stipulations on real estate sales documents, and most of all coordination with another lawyer from another state to settle my dad's and sister's estates, which are intertwined, concurrently. He is friendly, astute, polite, cost conscious, and has a great staff at The Probate House to work with.

The Absolute Best

I cannot say enough great things about what a pleasure it was working with Lorenzo. My only regret is that I hadn’t found him earlier. My mother passed away in 2021 and I needed a probate attorney to properly handle all the affairs of her estate. The initial attorney I found ended up dragging my case... out almost 2 years and squeezed me for as much money as he could before I’d had enough. Lorenzo came highly recommended by a friend who’d lost her mother the same year. Long story short, he got everything wrapped up for me in less than 6 months. I now own my childhood home and have all the supporting paperwork. Lorenzo and his team are the perfect storm of professionalism, efficiency and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will never forget that he agreed to take on this case being that it had already been initiated by another attorney. I’m so grateful to him. I got the best result possible in this situation thanks to his guidance. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Amazing Probate Lawyer

I needed a probate lawyer and it being my first time, I was apprehensive in hiring just any lawyer. I was able to hire Lorenzo and I cannot praise his professionalism enough. I was always able to reach him if I had questions and/or concerns. I know exactly what to expect and he definitely delivere...d. All communications was via email or phone after the initial meeting. His office being three blocks away also made dropping off payments/documents was convenient. There was also plenty of parking. Researching probate court was overwhelming and a tad nerve-racking but that all went away after acquiring Lorenzo as my lawyer. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! I'll be sure to refer him to my friends and family that will be on the market for a probate lawyer.

Excellent Probate Attorney & Service

I hired Counselor Stoller through a website search to probate my mother's estate. He walked me through a very difficult probate process. His counsel and advice assisted my family in navigating a complicated property deed issue involving several family members. I am always leery about hiring attorneys... I have found through an internet search; however, Mr. Stoller and his staff are the real deal. His support team manager, Joanna, is awesome. Counselor Stoller (and his team) were attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They also set clear expectations, so there were no surprises (other than the inordinate amount of time it takes the County of Los Angeles to process documents). I would recommend Mr. Stoller and his staff to my family and friends, when the time comes.
