I would first like to thank Allison and Raza, and the rest of the team at Margolin & Lawrence, their dedication to there clients and knowledge of the law are second to none. I was charged with cultivation of marijuana, and possession for sale, but I operate a legal collective under current Californi...a state law so I believed I was truly innocent, and so did Allison and Raza. I originally hired a lawyer who is well known in the industry, but later found out he is not a good trial lawyer, so I hired Allison and Raza to consult on my case and take over if needed, which I am so glad I made that decision. The original attorneys team did a very good job of writing the preliminary hearing brief, but they just don't get good deals because they almost never go to trial, so I told Allison I wanted her to handle the preliminary hearing. During the preliminary hearing all of my collective members showed up to testify on my behalf, so the D.A. was reluctant to want to continue and offered my first attorney a deal, which was a postponement of sentence, I would have to plea to a misdemeanor and a felony, and if I didn't get into any trouble over the next year, they would drop the felony and only accept the misdemeanor. I still didn't think that was a good deal, so I refused. Then in comes Allison Margolin, like the superhero she is, and said I will get you a better deal, and asked what I wanted. I told her I want to be allowed to operate my current collective and I would only take a misdemeanor. So she went head to head with the D.A. and the cop, and got them to give me everything I wanted. They dropped count 1 cultivation, and dropped count 2 possession for sale, and added a 3rd count for possession of a controlled substance which is a misdemeanor. No jail, no community service, no drug classes and I was allowed to operate my current collective of 8 members, and grow 50 marijuana plants, which is the exact same amount I had before I was arrested. So I accepted and I am so thankful that I can now get on with my life, and continue to grow quality organic medicine for my collective, which is now approved by a judge. Excellent lawyer I couldnt have asked for a better lawyer. Everything I asked she had answer for her staff is on point. I would have one my case regardless of the fact that the cops didn't have shown up because they knew they were in the wrong but we were ready to go trial and have everything dropped.... Excellent cannibus defense excellent!!!!!!!!
