Excellent Lawyer

After almost 20 years of a very successful career, my wife had to go on disability. Subsequently, her employment was terminated due to her Company’s policy on approved long term disability. She was offered no health care, or severance. Soon after, she hired Jeffrey Cowan, Esq. to see if an equitab...le settlement could be reached. Honest and Hardworking!

My coworker suggested we use Jeffrey Cowan to represent us in an employment dispute over the violation of our civil rights -- and I am SO glad we did!! Jeffrey immediately put me at ease, listening to our case and helping us to understand the things that might have been confusing and also explaining... we would not need to pay for anything up front. He was very straight forward about the possibilities for our case, and we knew that we were dealing with a very honest and adept man. Jeffrey proved these traits further in the closing of our case as he fought for us and spotted important clauses/issues we hadn't considered that might have hindered us in the future if we had not addressed them.
