Handled our business lawsuit professionally and efficiently

Jeffrey Cowan was asked to represent us as our business trial lawyer. He was always readily available and was extremely proficient in our case. He was able to settle our case and we were very pleased. We would highly recommend him!

Amazing Lawyer!

It is refreshing to work with someone who makes you feel at ease while also providing you the leadership, answers and framework of knowledge to make the right decisions. Jeffrey has a unique approach to his work; he actually talks to you and not at you. Wise counsel is the best way to put it. More ...importantly, Jeffrey works in partnership with you – giving me equal say and making it an important part of the decision making.” Jeffrey is very commanding, when you are in an adversarial situation, he brings a very intimidating presence that gives me great comfort and confidence. He had excellent communication- he responded to emails and phone calls promptly. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and was very thorough with reviewing documents and records - making it a point to be knowledgeable about my condition. Above all, being a realist, I appreciated his honesty. We went through a very unique situation because of Covid. During the long pause, Jeffrey kept me up to date with my case and the delays. He went above and beyond and made my comfort and safety his #1 priority. I couldn't have made it through the lawsuit without him. I would definitely recommend Jeffrey.

Fantastic Attorney

We lucked out with lawyer Jeffrey Cowan. Beginning with what we thought would be a fairly straightforward dispute, Mr. Cowan represented us in a business lawsuit that turned out to be very complex and required immense involvement before we effectively won. Each concern was heard and understood, imp...ortant questions and explanations of the court processes were explained, and we always felt like we were in very capable hands. Mr. Cowan’s attention to detail, preparation, and commitment to his clients is something we saw were not traits shared by all attorneys. If we ever find the need to go to court again with an issue that falls within Mr. Cowan’s expertise, there is no question that we will retain him -- and we highly recommend Mr. Cowan to anyone who is unsure of where to find a very experienced and committed business trial lawyer.

No better choice for a lawyer

After searching and having initial consultations with a number of lawyers to find one to review a severance offer and circumstances surrounding my layoff by a former employer I came across The Cowan Law Firm.
