This is my second time that I have had to seek the legal advice and assistance from the Law firm of Haleh Shekarchian, Haleh is very knowledgable, professional, quick to respond, aggressive enough to get me the medical attention I needed after my accident , my car was repaired on a timely manner, &... still able to obtain compensation for my damages caused by the injury. I now currently have a case opened in which I am obtaining the so needed medical help for a current slip and fall I experienced at a Pavillions store . She has made this whole process as smooth as possible with the help of her full time, attentive & responsive staff & team of paralegals that are always there to help when needed.

I hired this attorney and have only talk to her once. I have left messages but she haven't returned my calls. I haven't even had no medical treatment. I feel like the person that have left her a one star but I'm giving three because I talk to her once when she introduced her self. My case is still pe...nding hopefully not for much longer. I did give a referral.

I am very disappointed with her service. Since she started the case (workers compensation case), she told us that it was a good case and it will be resolved within six months due to the injury, but it has been almost ten years. The lack of communication from her and her staff is ridiculous. There ha...s been multiple people handling the case over this time. We have to call all the time to find out information and noticed that reports were not acquired prior to court hearing. It feels that they are not prepare or take the time to really review all information before the court date. This has been delaying the resolution of the case for so long. We don't feel that we are having a good representation and that she is even trying to fight to get a fair compensation since I am the one with a disability for the rest of my life.

My experience with dealing with attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN. I honestly a 1000 % Rebuke the day I signed with HALEH SHEKARCHIAN and her Law firm. It’s been a nightmare for me. Nothing but verbal talk talk and excuses and not showing me anything.With regards to success with my personal injury case.My personal injury case just keeps on dragging on year after year. Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN did manage to yell at me through an email, informing me.That I didn’t appreciate what she’s done for me.The nerve of her. As if she’s doing me any favors.She’s charging me for a service.For 3 years HALEH SHEKARCHIAN has been handling my personal injury case. And I still have not been able to get a settlement. Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN told me that she cannot make them make me an offer.Then what purpose does she serve to her clients.What’s the point of having an Attorney.It defeats the purpose of having an attorney. If your own attorney is telling this.This Attorney is one big disappointment to my case. I BELIEVE Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN IS ONE THE WORST ATTORNEYS I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I explained this to attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN that I needed to settle my personal injury case immediately. So I could help me and my family out. From ending up on the street. I honestly personally, feel 1000% she could care less about me and my family and our emergency situation. As her client I received no compassion or empathy towards my situation. Not even let me see what I can do to help you and your family out nothing no care. Some attorney’s will lend you money. The money then comes out of your own settlement money back to the attorney. Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN will never lend you any money ever. Read the other bad reviews about her. Those reviews speak volumes of discontent of past clients being unhappy with her representation and also with her office personnel. I personally have so much to say about the Subpar legal representation I have been receiving from Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN and her law firm. I’ve dealt with this law firms office personnel over the phone and they can be unhelpful rude with miserable attitudes to there clients just like they have been with me. I was assigned a person to help me with my questions about my personal injury case and to help me with anything regarding to do with my personal injury case. I was assigned this person by the attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN. This person assigned to me never responded to my emails. She never returned my phone calls this person assigned to me was useless she served no purpose. I left her several voicemails she never responded to me. Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN also picks and chooses when she wants to respond to your emails and phone calls. Attorney HALEH SHEKARCHIAN also picks and chooses what questions she wants to answer when you ask her questions. I have personally had different attorneys throughout my life. I’ve even had once an attorney in the past that was falling asleep during a deposition it was quite embarrassing for me. But Honestly the representation I’m currently receiving from HALEH SHEKARCHIAN and her Law Firm is worse than anything I’ve ever dealt with. In any other case I’ve ever had.
