****WORKERS COMPENSATION CASES CAN TAKE TIME****** When I contacted and signed with Haleh’s practice I was treated very well and listened to. I believe this was back around July of 2022. I had all the information that I needed and thought the case was already taking too long before I contacted her... office. I thought I had all my ducks in a row, and I did. What I have come to know is the process can take a very long time. You have to have a lot of doctors reports and reach a certain point before a case can even be consider being closed. Which mine did and Haleh’s office and case managers always get back to you when you have questions. They explained the process to me. In my opinion the problem is the system and what it allows some sides of the equation to delay, deny doctors recommendations and drag things out. The system needs to be fixed. What I can say that I know from this experience so far is that I am very happy and fortunate to have Haleh Shekarchian and her law office on my side to help fight for my case. They helped my with my case for the last few years and I am very happy with the resolution. They explained the process, would advise me when I needed it. They are very busy but they always get back to you. I believe that is a true testament to how great Haleh and her employees are. All cases are different and sometimes you’re not prepared for how long it can take. When that’s the case you need someone on your side like Haleh and her team!

I hired Haleh and her firm as I was going to settle without a lawyer. I had been in pain, had surgery on a knee, did rehab and realized that the knee would never be the same. I called just to consult. She asked the right questions, (what else hurts) ? My work had never documented that I was working... in pain. We got new Drs to document my issues, new PT to try to get better. It has taken 4 years. A lot of Dr verifications( needing reports) slowed down the process. Defense slowed it down. The QMR is a slow process! Yes there has been new Case Managers but build a relationship, do your part, try to get better. One day at a time , more will be revealed!
