Excellent advice for potential client

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the considerations of my specific bankruptcy issues, and sensitive to the fact that there is a whole complex of factors of which bankruptcy and debts are only a part. Asked all the right questions to elicit info about my debts, assets, tax situation, possible reso...lution of debts without bankruptcy. Gave helpful advice about possible complications. Identified probable costs assuming nothing unexpected or more complicated than I described. Very sensitive demeanor to the fact that these are difficult subjects for me to discuss. Definitely I'm going to the in-person consultation.

Best Consultation! Great Advice.

I had a little hiccup with Sallie Mae, Navient, and Windham that could have potentially turned into a huge nightmare. However, with some expert advice through a one hour consultation from Jay, and I've ironed things out. Best money spent!

Student Loan debt

I was feeling overwhelmed about my student loans. Having just filed bankruptcy, I didn't know how to handle the $168K+ in outstanding student loan debt. Jay offered wonderful guidance.
