I've been struggling for the past year and a half to make sense of a private student loan snafu. I finally decided to swallow my pride and talk to a professional. After paying a very reasonable $150 consultation fee, I scheduled a 30 minute consultation with Jay. His office sent me an email outlining... the documents I should have on hand before the consultation, which I appreciated.
