I hired Joshua Goldstein as an immigration lawyer in November 2008. He explained to me how he will be able to help me with my case and I paid up-front the part of the fees. During the period from November 2008 till April 2009 Joshua Goldstein told me that he is working on my case, but also asked me 2...-3 times if I could wait with the follow-up appointment because he was "very busy working on different immigration cases for his clients". In April 2009 Joshua invited me in his office and informed that "unfortunately the case cannot be solved the way he expected" and he is "very sorry about it". I contacted other immigration lawyers right after my last appointment with Joshua Goldstein. All of them knew right away that my case just cannot be solved the way Joshua described to me.
