Thank you Mr.Price

Got my green card super fast (started our case in February, gained G.C. in August) right after court. Eric was very helpful, took a great care of us, been ALWAYS responding to our emails, and we’ve asked to go with us to the interview. Knowing how busy he is with all the other cases, Mr. Eric found t...ime in his schedule and was there with us. We’ve got our approval the same day and G.C. came within 7 days by mail. Big big Thank you, Eric and team. Looking forward applying to citizenship and working together again. Wishing you all the best clients :)

worse experience

Worse experience, poor customer service, they made several mistakes in front of USCIS officer, my case was about to be lost, thanks to poor performance of their paralegals, after you hire them, you don't have contact with a lawyer, the only contact is with paralegals, and Issac was the worse represen...tative of this business, several mistakes on the paperwork, they delayed my case and seems that they don't have experience on specific case, if you can avoid them. there are others with much better experience. when I spoke with Eric, he told me "you are my customer, you are not my boss" when pushing his team to make the things right, I'm paying thousands for their services, he is very arrogant, They made to waste my money, time, in unnecessary process like requesting a FOIA that wasn't necessary, and they make me pay it, that reflects their poor experience and professionalism. avoid them, see all the reals reviews at yelp. all reviews in google are by fake accounts and employees. Also the "paralegal" Issac that yelled to my wife at the Starbucks, didn't drive 100 miles, it was 39 miles from their office in LA to the Starbucks location I have the location, that is a lie, he told us that he lives close by, and he was meeting other clients in the same Starbucks, either way wherever they drove, is nothing vs. what was paid. you have to be calling them and be over their shoulders, in otherwise they won't do anything and if they do it, be careful, their paralegal made a lot of mistakes on the paperwork. Also, it was totally lying about 6 months, it was 3 years to get done for their several mistakes, I'm really mad with their unethical business.

I regret not being able to meet your expectations for our firm. However, I need to make clear a few points: (1) I obtained your permanent residency in a reasonable amount of time and for the agreed upon fee. (2) The process did take longer than I anticipated, but that was due to delays within the government - not with my work. (3) I am ALWAYS available to my clients and provide each and every one with my direct email address. I specifically met with you on multiple occasions. Regardless, there was obviously some breakdown in communication if you felt the way you did to write this review. I apologize for any shortcomings on my part. I hope that your new legal status we obtained for you allows you the peace of mind you were searching for in this country. Good luck in the future and hopefully you will apply for citizenship in the next couple of years.

U-VISA

considero que tienen una oficina con gente de experiencia; y que están pendientes informando por email cartas por correo de como va el caso ; los para-legales son muy atentos y serviciales.. se muestra rapidez y precisión en el caso..
