I was faced with a DUI refusal after denying a breathalyzer as the arresting officers refused to explain the law to me, I had an out of state license and had just moved here at the time. I was grateful with the reduction because it requires a shorter term alcohol education classes, and I didn't have to buy an interlock device for my car. He always made me feel comfortable and when I had a bad time and was afraid and freaked out he was just a phone call away. He would never turn down a question. I highly recommend him.
