I had a complicated immigration case because it involved a criminal record case. I spent 17 plus years with over 10 inexperienced immigration attorneys trying to find ONE who was prepared to handle a complicated case such as mine. After spending precious years of my life and a small fortune, I now kn...ow that hardly any immigration attorneys are educated and prepared enough to handle complicated immigration cases, especially where I live in Washington State. Even though I'd lost all hope on my case, I found Houman on Avvo and contacted him as a last-ditch effort. He walked me through the possibilities of a successful case. Houman was very reasonable with fees, worked with me on payments, and answered my phone calls even on weekends! Houman got me a conditional green card in 6 months and removal of conditions (marriage based) in 3 years, without complications. Thanks to Houman and his staff, I now have a permanent GC and recently submitted a Naturalization application. I will fly Houman to my Citizenship interview without hesitation; with him on my side I feel safe, respected, and well represented. I think immigration officials know smart and knowledgeable He is and because of that, are very careful not to screw with his clients!
