Let me start by saying thank you to Byron Bergeron for all his hard work and patience for anyone who is reading this review I had the great misfortune of my son getting in trouble out of State we our from CA when my son was arrested for a warrant in Fremont CA for something stupid he did while visiti...ng NV. I had gone on the internet and found Della with Action Bail while in her office in NV signing papers I had asked her about a good Criminal Attorney and she recommended Byron I had consulted with Byron on the phone and mailed him a check to obtain his services. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, texting and emailing we had a lot of after hours conversations and even weekends not once did he ever not return a call or even bring up the fact that is was after hours. We had to come to Reno a total of 6 times to resolve this matter my son is a good person who look bad on paper not violent, disrespectful or even angry he just had a drug problem and had a over 48 noncompliance charges (failing to complete probation always revoked and reinstated) between Byron, DA and the Judge they came up with a plan to get my son the help he needs with his drug problem and ONE MORE SHOT at probation after treatment.
