Let me start by saying thank you to Byron Bergeron for all his hard work and patience for anyone who is reading this review I had the great misfortune of my son getting in trouble out of State we our from CA when my son was arrested for a warrant in Fremont CA for something stupid he did while visiti...ng NV. I had gone on the internet and found Della with Action Bail while in her office in NV signing papers I had asked her about a good Criminal Attorney and she recommended Byron I had consulted with Byron on the phone and mailed him a check to obtain his services. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, texting and emailing we had a lot of after hours conversations and even weekends not once did he ever not return a call or even bring up the fact that is was after hours. We had to come to Reno a total of 6 times to resolve this matter my son is a good person who look bad on paper not violent, disrespectful or even angry he just had a drug problem and had a over 48 noncompliance charges (failing to complete probation always revoked and reinstated) between Byron, DA and the Judge they came up with a plan to get my son the help he needs with his drug problem and ONE MORE SHOT at probation after treatment. Byron did not once ignore the fact that my son was noncompliant multiple times he simply pleaded his case. Byron is and will continue to be the only lawyer I will use. Also the only lawyer I will recommend that others use.
