Byron is not your typical lawyer by any means. He is one of a kind. He tells it like it is. I always felt like I was getting the most down to earth explanation of my situation. I was originally charged with Felony child abuse and misdemeanor domestic battery, after meeting with the DA Byron had my ch...arges reduced. The Felony became a misdemeanor simple battery and the domestic battery was totally dropped. I appreciate his honesty with me and most of all his ability to listen to me with all may questions. He always wants you to feel comfortable calling him and asking him anything. He is a man of his word.

This review is based on personal experience with Attorney Bergeron. He is very knowledgeable, confident, and experienced on both ends of the law (as Prosecutor and in defense). Before agreeing to even take on a case, he offered to answer any questions I had. This was nice. We were confident in Atto...rney Bergeron working with us to make the best out of the case, as he proved to be realistic and honest. He can sound very tough, but I think it's because he has tremendous experience and can tell you emphatically what he thinks. Overall, I would recommend Attorney Bergeron, as I believe he will do the best for you in whatever the situation may be - or if not, tell you up-front so (He's a good guy, just very blunt). He never made a promise he couldn't keep. He continued to answer questions, and was readily available. You have to be reasonable too...All professionals have their hours. He's diligent, and get things done. I actually called several other Attorney's before reaching Attorney Bergeron. I was not impressed by how other attorney's had their secretaries answer the phone, only to ask 20 questions, and I never got a call back - or when I did, it was like 3 weeks out. So, good luck to you and if you need law advice, I recommend Attorney Bergeron.

Byron has represented two different members of my family flawlessly! I do not want to get into the specifics of each case but what I can say is both of them were extremely happy with their results! Both cases were very serious and they walked away with a slap on the hand. I have watched him work w...ith and against other attorneys in town.
