McFarling Law Group made sure to get judgments against him for this. This case went on for years! This, along with circumstances due to the Covid pandemic, eventually drove me into bankruptcy. I consider myself lucky to have had McFarling Law Group (Emily & Michael) as my attorneys throughout my appeal process, in what can labeled as one of the most complex custody cases. My divorce/custody case has been very lengthy with a few former attorneys that disappointed me and at times were incomp...etent to defend my case. I retained Emily Mcfarling a few months back for my physical custody modification. My lawyer at the time (Adam Gill) was completely useless. Praying that Mcfarling law firm would help me, I set up a consultation with Emily Mcfarling. Let me just say my prayers were answered! What made me retain Emi...ly right away and what made her different from previous lawyers I retained was how professional she was. At my consultation she had a huge stack of papers of my case since 2008. Before I arrived to my appointment she knew my history and was beyond prepared for me.
