I'm a lawyer and a client. I was sued for defamation although I did not defame. I'd never met Marc Randazza, but I knew of him. When I determined to hire him to defend me, I was reasonably confident I'd made the right choice. Watching him in action makes it clear that I had. I've represented lawy...ers on occasion. Lawyers make terrible clients because we know better - or think we do. In fact, Marc knows better. Yet he treats his lawyer-clients with respect and dignity, keeps us informed, and does terrific work. I couldn't be happier (well, I suppose I'd be happier if I hadn't been sued in the first place) and couldn't recommend Marc more highly.

I have worked with Marc on dozens of legal matters related to my business since Spring of '04 and have had nothing but great experiences. He's adaptable to his clients' personal style and risk tolerance levels, and gives his full time and attention to every client concern. Furthermore, his desire... to protect clients from pursing matters that are probably not worth pursuing is commendable, whereas other, less ethical legal professionals may have the tendency to encourage clients to pursue legal action to increase their own earnings. I have never once sensed that tendency in Mr Randazza. He has talked me out of admittedly ego-driven legal pursuits quite a few times, when he has assessed that such pursuits would be unlikely to conclude in my favor (i.e., would be a waste of my money even though that money would be going directly to him). That's class. His objectivity and selflessness in his legal practice, and his heartfelt dedication to defend the liberties and Constitutional rights of his clients and all citizens of this country (even the "asshats"!), shines through in all he does.

Mr. Randazza helped us out of a serious bind in 2008. We were referred through another local lawyer who spoke very highly of him saying, "he's a great guy, real down to Earth, and probably one of the best in his field." Every word of that recommendation was proven true. Marc took an immediate pers...onal interest in our case. Being that my company is small with a meager budget I expected to be moved to the back burner. However, this was not the case. Mr. Randazza kept in contact with us constantly with personal phone calls (more than once late on Friday night), personal emails, and face to face meetings. His keen intellect and knack for out of the box thinking are valuable assets in the legal biz. He attacked our company's case with creativity and vigor, not bureaucracy. Nothing was ever "rubber stamped" or just passed across the desk. When all was said and done, with Mr. Randazza's help, we came out on top of a case where the odds were stacked against us. You always hear the expression, "I'd trust the guy with my life" thrown around. People usually say it in regards to family and long time friends. Funny thing, I trusted Mr. Randazza with mine and walked away a better person.
