Warren, was very prompt and professional from the day I first spoke with him over the phone until the case was dismissed. I contacted Warren after another Law Firm failed to follow up with us. This was a domestic violence case between my girl friend and I. It was our first encounter with the Law and ...soon found out how quickly things can go side ways.. We had an argument in the hotel. It was reported by an employee of the hotel. We were speaking another language that the person did not understand. In our eyes we were having an argument but the employee claimed I was being attacked by my girl friend. To our supprise hotel security showed up at our door and asked if they could talk to me down stairs. They took me to the basement of the the hotel to question me and they questioned her in the room. Shortly after the police showed up to my surprise. She does not speak english and the translator that was brought in told her every thing would be ok. We both denied that there was any violence but they were very quick to take the word of the employee who was pretty far away at the end of the hall way. She was taken away and spent over 24 hours in jail with no contact allowed and no explaination. Our vacation quickly became a nightmare. I couldn't reach her to see if she under sood what was happening.. Remember she does not speak english. After she was released I found out that no one explained anything to her. She sat in Jail not knowing when she would be released or why she was in there. Honestly I felt like we were in a 3rd world country where we had no rights. Warren listened and asked us very good questions from the start. He explained the process very clearly and answered all our questions with careful consideration. Once he had all the facts he contacted the district attorney who was handling the case and presented our case to him. He agreed there was not enough evidence and took into consideration how poorly it was handled. The case was dismissed before the court date.
