From day 1 he made me feel at ease, I never felt like I was talking to a lawyer... but a friend instead. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He always had my best interest at heart. He never made any promises that he couldn't keep and stayed true to his word till the case was resolved. I would give him 10 out of 10 stars if I could.

This summer I made some bad decisions that could have ruined my life. I went from having a clean record to having 3 felonies! Warren Geller obtained the best possible outcome for me: A not guilty verdict at trial. Unarguably, Mr. Geller is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in Nevada. His preparation, legal knowledge, conduct before the bench, professionalism, and client management skills are excellent. This is something I could ill afford. However, upon meeting Mr. Geller I was comfortable that he understood the gravity of my predicament and would work diligently throughout litigation. Prior to trial Mr. Geller thoughtfully and thoroughly responded to my multiple queries. The day of trial he confidently prepared for my time in the dock. At trial, Mr. Geller and his Co-counsel Mr. Ortiz proved to be effective, energetic, and agile advocates. They understood the law, asked questions which supported our narrative, and aggressively questioned the state’s witnesses with an affable and disarming demeanor. Throughout the trail Mr. Geller outmaneuvered and out-lawyered the prosecutor. While the State had an uphill battle to convict on the evidence, the execution of the defense was still required. At one point, a grandfatherly and benign appearing witness began a series of spontaneous utterances which bore no relation to the truth as a simple battery became intent to commit murder in this witnesses’ mind. Mr. Geller skillfully batted away this curveball. In the end, Mr. Geller “won” as the law and the facts dictated I should. I urge anyone facing the wrath of the criminal justice system in Nevada where freedom, reputation, livelihood is at stake to retain Mr. Geller. You will be in good hands with this awesome lawyer.
