I only had 4 days left to answer an emergency motion for custody filed against me and it was a bad one. I went on a website to try to find a lawyer that I could afford to help me, Julio answered me back on a Sunday. Monday morning I was in his office and he started working hard on my case that mornin...g. I felt from the start of meeting Julio, that I had someone to really help me fight to keep my son. It was a nine month battle and there were many ups and downs, Julio stuck beside me and continued to take payments that I could afford. In the end, I kept my custody, my child support almost doubled and the visitation schedule was set better to not be disruptive to mine and my sons daily life.

My situation was slightly different and promised to be complicated from the start, I live in Northern Nevada, the case was in Southern Nevada and the other party was in Northern Utah however Mr. Vigoreaux did not hesitate to take on our custody case. After a battle lasting a few months we were granted temporary custody so for now the child is out of harms way and safe living with us. The case however is not over, it has been transferred to Northern Nevada. Even though Mr. Vigoreaux is no where near here and could have very easily told us to find someone else to represent us, he is once again there for us doing everything via phone. We know we are not just a case number to Mr. Vigoreaux, he cares about what happens to the child and truly works his hardest to help us in anyway that he can. He has gone above and beyond multiple times for us and I am so thankful that we were able to find someone as special as he is in what seems like an endless sea of potential attorneys all promising something. If I could give him a personal guarantee I honestly would. I suggest from the bottom of my heart that you hire him, you won’t regret it. I look at my baby everyday and know that because of Julio’s help and guidance my child is safe, happy and now thriving. We are unsure of the future but I feel so so confident knowing who we have working for us on the most important case of our lives.

Mr. Vigoreaux handled my custody battle exactly as I hoped. He has never seemed to look at me like I’m “just a dollar sign”. The care and attention to detail that he showed is that I believe put me in the best position to win.
