Chip is a great Attorney. He is very understanding of your situation and made time for me any time I called with questions. We had a game plan for my case and stuck it out for almost two years. I was driving to work hungover with little sleep and got caught speeding, they made me submit to a breathalyzer and I failed. I never thought that would have happened but, it did, now I am overly consciencious if I have had a drink and I didn't feel that i should be punished for the next however long for a mistake that anyone could have made. I need to take a few moments and share my wonderful experience with Jay and his assistant Connie. On a recent trip into Las Vegas I managed to get myself arrested for a misdemeanor and booked into the Clark county detention center. This was my first brush with the law so everything was new to me an...d not pleasant to say the least. I was given a future court date and was told to appear on that date. Since I live in the midwest this could mean several plane trips back to Las Vegas to attend court, an environment that I am not familiar with, and that honestly frightened me. I didn’t know what to do, so I started doing research on the internet. I stumbled across Chip’s website. After reading all the positive things people were saying, I gave him a call. We talked about my case, he informed me that he could attend my first court appearance on my behalf and that he would do his best to handle this without having to have me travel back. He answered every question I asked and made me confident that he would do everything he could to help me. It was at this point that I hired Jay. After a few days I returned home and had even more questions… and then reality (panic) sunk in that I could possibly go to jail for this. While he was busy making this happen I was at work and missed his initial phone call. I returned his call after work and was able to hear the good news from the man himself.
