Great service!

I can say without a doubt he is the best attorney. Chip handled my DUI case with the utmost care. In court the way he handled everything was something out of the movies! Chip answered my questions and even called me back within 5 min while on vacation of me calling the office. YOU MATTER! Unlike ...others where you are a name on paper. He will tell you what is realistic, doesn't get your hopes up, but does his absolute best to make sure every little detail is investigated. By doing this he found multiple holes in my arrest and instead of taking a DUI plea deal, opted to go to trial for hours. He exploited all the weaknesses in the case against me and I had my first DUI reduced to a traffic violation and a fine! I know 3 others who have utilized his services all with similar results. If you are in a bind, call Chip. Best money ever spent!

Incredibly Results!

Mr. Siegel was absolutely amazing. He worked with me for over two years updating me on the progress of my case. I was out of town and he made sure I didn't waste time or money on coming into town unless absolutely necessary. He was able to get far better than expected results for me and was incredibl...y happy with his service. He is the best there is for the amazing rate he offers. If you are questioning who to select as your lawyer, choose Chip. You will be very happy you did.

Would recommend this firm. Hopefully I never need him again, but I would certainly hire him again.

Naturally I was very scared when I got my DUI. I was 47 years old, and had never had any run-in with the law. I called around from the yellow pages, and was feeling more and more dismayed with every phone call. Everyone was rude, saying I needed to "walk in and wait to be seen. No appointments." Like... most people, my time is very important to me. While I was terrified and wanted to start resolving the matter, waiting was not an option for me. I reached Chip's number in my search, and the nicest office manager I believe I have ever spoken to answered the phone and immediately put me at ease. "Of course you may make an appointment. Chip has an opening today, if you'd like it." I felt as if I'd come home. I couldn't make it that day, but she made my appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Upon my arrival, I only waited a few minutes when I was called. Again, the office manager made me feel completely at ease, comforted me, and assured me that I was not a bad person. Chip came out to meet me, and was just like his office manager. He put me at ease, and made me feel immediately better about my horrible situation. He did not downplay the severity of it, but something about his manner and his voice, and the atmosphere of the office that made me feel that I was in the right hands, and everything was going to be all right. Before my DUI went to trial, I caught another DUI. Again - 47 years old and never involved with the law. Here I get into serious trouble twice within six months! I called Chip's office, they saw me the day I got out of jail, and again I felt as if everything was going to be all right, even though I had completely blown it for the second time. My second DUI came to trial before my first, and Chip was able to keep my first DUI from being a factor in the trial. He argued my case down to a reckless driving. I had to pay a small fine, and that case was gone. When my first DUI finally came to trial, the second DUI was not a factor, because it had already been argued down to a reckless. Chip certainly made a horrible situation into something more easy to handle. He got me into a Moderate Offenders Program rather than jail or the fee. I had to jump through a few hoops for one year, but upon successful completion, the DUI would be reduced to reckless driving. Don't get me wrong - the program is not easy. I got into trouble with it initially, and Chip was by my side each time. When I finally embraced the program and toed the line, I successfully graduated, and as promised, my first DUI was reduced. I was arrested for two DUIs within six months of each other, and at the end of the MOP program I agreed to, Chip got both DUIs reduced to reckless driving. From what I learned from the other people in MOP, that was a huge feat, and I was blessed to have found Chip. I don't ever take for granted the work that he and his office did for me, nor how they made me feel like a human rather than a criminal. This office is far and above the best. I don't know this from personal experience, but I got to talk to a LOT of felons in MOP and the Severe Offenders Program. These people had multiple arrests and a lot of experience with DUI lawyers. Everyone said that Chip Siegel was hands down the one to use when in trouble. Do not shop around. Go right to Chip and save yourself time and heartache. I heard so many awful things about other offenders' representation, and I could not say one bad thing about my experience with Chip. Being that my case took a year to close because of MOP, he was by my side the entire time, and never dropped the ball in any way. Do yourself a favor and hire Chip Siegel for your DUI case. You will not regret it.

Great Experience

After being stopped at DUI checkpoint in Las Vegas and failing the blow test, I knew that I needed to find a skilled attorney to help me with this situation. Like many of you, my wife turned to google. There she stumbled upon Chip's name and favorable reviews. She made a call into his office, whic...h was promptly returned where he informed her of what the next 24 hours should look. When I was released, I spoke with him too and felt comfortable with his abilities. He was always available to answer any questions that I had and to help guide me as the paperwork and charges came in. His familiarity with the court system, knowledge of plea bargain details, and the ability to navigate complex administration procedures saved me a lot of headache. I, luckily, did not have to make a return trip Las Vegas to have the case concluded. I heeded all of his advice and am very pleased with the outcome. Like the countless other reviews you may read, I also full endorse Jay "Chip" Siegel.

Great Attorney!

I hired Chip after looking at several other lawyers to represent my injury DUI case. Immediately I was impressed with his intricate knowledge of the system and how it would all work. He didn't sugar coat anything when we first talked but didn't scare me either and make me feel worse. He was there ...when I needed him and everything he said is exactly how it worked out. I got a reduced sentence, paid a fine and now done which I am very thankful for. Connie his assistant is a major compliment to his office and she made me feel better every time I talked with her. She is a true asset to Chip.
