I hired Mr. Siegel to represent my son on a probation violation charge. My son was caught signing off on his community service time sheets without doing the service. My son was put in jail until his hearing. I asked around and was told that the chance of probation reinstatement was slim especiall...y when this type of violation was committed. In fact I was told by my son's probation officer that he had never heard of any other ruling than complete revokation of probation with this particular violation and gave me no hope of getting my son out of jail for a long time.
