Wouldn't Recommend Anyone Else

Jay "Chip" was a phenomenal lawyer from start to end. The two most important things I want in a lawyer are reassurance and realism. You want your lawyer to express confidence that he/she can be of help to you. At the same time you want to them to be real with you so there are no surprises at the end.... Chip laid out exactly what he thought he could achieve for me on day one and delivered every bit of that and more in the end. And that was even with a late curveball thrown by the prosecutor in the final week before our trial date. It was very noticeable how both the prosecutor and judge had a high level of familiarity and respect for Chip and it no doubt increased my chances of a favorable outcome. That alone made him worth every penny but his knowledge and guidance were extremely valuable throughout the process as well.

DUI Case

I was arrested in Feb 16 for a DUI and had to find a lawyer to help me out. I immediate looked around Vegas and a lot of the lawyers I sat down with did not sound convincing at all. This was my first time ever bring in trouble and I've never talked to a lawyer, but something just wasn't right. So I c...ontinue to look and I for Chip, Jay Siegel. He was a bit expensive but seemed a lot more genuine and was also honest about everything. So I went with him. My DUI will be dropped to wreckless driving upon completion of community service and/or pay $1000 fine (Within 6 months). I truely believe this was the best outcome I could have gotten, and I am very thankful he fought to get me such a deal. Not only will it help me as a civilian to getting this DUI off my driving record, but it will also help my career in more ways he'll ever know. So with that being said, Chip is awesome! Definitely consider him for help.

Would recommend this firm. Hopefully I never need him again, but I would certainly hire him again.

Naturally I was very scared when I got my DUI. I was 47 years old, and had never had any run-in with the law. I called around from the yellow pages, and was feeling more and more dismayed with every phone call. Everyone was rude, saying I needed to "walk in and wait to be seen. No appointments." Like... most people, my time is very important to me. While I was terrified and wanted to start resolving the matter, waiting was not an option for me. I reached Chip's number in my search, and the nicest office manager I believe I have ever spoken to answered the phone and immediately put me at ease. "Of course you may make an appointment. Chip has an opening today, if you'd like it." I felt as if I'd come home. I couldn't make it that day, but she made my appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Upon my arrival, I only waited a few minutes when I was called. Again, the office manager made me feel completely at ease, comforted me, and assured me that I was not a bad person. Chip came out to meet me, and was just like his office manager. He put me at ease, and made me feel immediately better about my horrible situation. He did not downplay the severity of it, but something about his manner and his voice, and the atmosphere of the office that made me feel that I was in the right hands, and everything was going to be all right. Before my DUI went to trial, I caught another DUI. Again - 47 years old and never involved with the law. Here I get into serious trouble twice within six months! I called Chip's office, they saw me the day I got out of jail, and again I felt as if everything was going to be all right, even though I had completely blown it for the second time. My second DUI came to trial before my first, and Chip was able to keep my first DUI from being a factor in the trial. He argued my case down to a reckless driving. I had to pay a small fine, and that case was gone. When my first DUI finally came to trial, the second DUI was not a factor, because it had already been argued down to a reckless. Chip certainly made a horrible situation into something more easy to handle. He got me into a Moderate Offenders Program rather than jail or the fee. I had to jump through a few hoops for one year, but upon successful completion, the DUI would be reduced to reckless driving. Don't get me wrong - the program is not easy. I got into trouble with it initially, and Chip was by my side each time. When I finally embraced the program and toed the line, I successfully graduated, and as promised, my first DUI was reduced. I was arrested for two DUIs within six months of each other, and at the end of the MOP program I agreed to, Chip got both DUIs reduced to reckless driving. From what I learned from the other people in MOP, that was a huge feat, and I was blessed to have found Chip. I don't ever take for granted the work that he and his office did for me, nor how they made me feel like a human rather than a criminal. This office is far and above the best. I don't know this from personal experience, but I got to talk to a LOT of felons in MOP and the Severe Offenders Program. These people had multiple arrests and a lot of experience with DUI lawyers. Everyone said that Chip Siegel was hands down the one to use when in trouble. Do not shop around. Go right to Chip and save yourself time and heartache. I heard so many awful things about other offenders' representation, and I could not say one bad thing about my experience with Chip. Being that my case took a year to close because of MOP, he was by my side the entire time, and never dropped the ball in any way. Do yourself a favor and hire Chip Siegel for your DUI case. You will not regret it.

Jay L Siegel (Chip)

Chip Siegel did a fantastic job representing me throgh my DUI court proceedings. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was very clear on how he would be handling my case and did not make any false promises. When the DA offered a plea deal in my case, he talked to me about it but di...d not pressure me into taking it. He seemed very confident in his ability to take a case to trial. I was very satisfied with Mr. Siegel's services and would recommend him to any individual facing DUI charges in Las Vegas.

Great Experience

After being stopped at DUI checkpoint in Las Vegas and failing the blow test, I knew that I needed to find a skilled attorney to help me with this situation. Like many of you, my wife turned to google. There she stumbled upon Chip's name and favorable reviews. She made a call into his office, whic...h was promptly returned where he informed her of what the next 24 hours should look. When I was released, I spoke with him too and felt comfortable with his abilities. He was always available to answer any questions that I had and to help guide me as the paperwork and charges came in. His familiarity with the court system, knowledge of plea bargain details, and the ability to navigate complex administration procedures saved me a lot of headache. I, luckily, did not have to make a return trip Las Vegas to have the case concluded. I heeded all of his advice and am very pleased with the outcome. Like the countless other reviews you may read, I also full endorse Jay "Chip" Siegel.
