There is No Comparison! Mr. Siegel is the Best DUI Attoney in town!

I was terribly distressed when I was charged with DUI. So I started my research on best DUI attorneys in town. I have met with many attorneys & read countless reviews on them before deciding to hire Mr. Siegel. Mr. Siegel is the last attorney I've arranged to meet. First thing I noticed was h...is extensive knowledge of Las Vegas legal system & the judges. There was no comparison to other attorneys I have met previously. It was a long & difficult battle due to my BAC of over 3x the legal limit. Chip, Mr. Siegel, was very professional, informative & personable through out the whole process. In the end, the DUI charge is being dropped to reckless driving. I was afraid that I would have to carry the DUI charge on my record for 7 years. Thank you so much Chip for being an amazing attorney. ** Connie, his assistant, is empathetic, proficient & very knowledgeable. Thank you Connie for being understanding when I was confused & distressed. You're wonderful.

Great Result

I had the good fortune of having Jay "Chip" Siegel as my attorney. I was facing a serious DUI charge and Mr. Siegel took control of the matter. Chip understood my concerns and reassured me that he would do all he can . Chip was able to argue five legal reasons that allowed me to get my DUI charge red...uced to reckless driving. I would suggest anyone that needs a great attorney to call Chip. Chips office assistant, Connie, was outstanding as well. Contacting Chip was one of the best decisions I've made.

I can't believe the results

After living in Vegas for a short time, I made a poor choice and was arrested for DUI. I hired Chip to represent me, and honestly the details made my case look like a lost cause. I figured that if anyone could help, it would be a lawyer with a perfect rating out of 150+ reviews here. I could not have... made a better choice. Chip was honest and direct with me, never made any promises, but gave me a (depressingly) realistic view of what I could expect in the months that would follow. He answered all my questions professionally, directly and honestly. I was expecting - at best - a conviction, as charged, and hoping simply not to go to jail for a bit or have to deal with an ignition interlock when my driving privileges were returned. Unexpectedly (maybe for both of us!), Chip was able to secure a much better deal where, pending completion of a few requisite actions and payment of fines and fees, the original charges would be reduced and the DUI would no longer factor into the equation at all. Anybody would hold onto hope for that exact outcome; the only way it could have been better is if the charges were dropped outright, and that would have taken an act of god. Chip really delivered what I consider by all accounts the best possible outcome for a seemingly hopeless situation. It's also worth mentioning that I never even met him in person. I hired him in the middle of relocating out of state, and he handled everything on my behalf in and out of court all by telephone and mail (physical and electronic). I never had to set foot in a courtroom or appear for any reason after being bonded out on the night of the incident in question, and that's all thanks to Chip's expertise and professionalism. You will have the privilege of speaking with Chip directly when discussing the particulars of your case - you won't be dealing with an assistant. This was important to me, since it inspires confidence to be interacting directly with the person who will be representing you. When you are dealing with his legal assistants or office staff, it will generally be passing paperwork back and forth or making payments, that sort of thing - and they are a pleasure to deal with as well. Naturally I would recommend not getting in trouble to begin with, but if you find yourself in a pickle with a DUI charge, no matter how severe or hopeless the circumstances seem, call Chip right away and don't mess around. He isn't the least expensive lawyer in the valley, but he is reasonable and willing to work with you and arrive at a mutually satisfactory arrangement. I feel absolutely confident that he will secure the best possible outcome for your case - and that alone could easily make up the difference (accounting for fines and fees) between his rates and that of less expensive representation. It definitely did for me.

Excellent Lawyer

I was charged with DUI and blew a .18. Chip was able to get it reduced to a wreckless driving charge. I was very pleased with Chip and his assistant Connie. They were both helpful in the long process.

Jay L. Siegel - DUI Defense

I hired Mr. Siegel as my defense me in a DUI case. His office was courteous and responsive, he met with me right away, and his fee was very reasonable. From the start he was informative and made me feel very assured. He kept up on the case and called to consult me as soon as any new developments occu...rred. In the end, he was able to bring my charge down to a reckless driving. It's terrifying to be in the legal system and feel vulnerable, but Chip made the whole experience as painless as possible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else in the same circumstance. Thank you Mr. Siegel, you are a lifesaver.
