I was a previous client of Chips whom was able to assist me in my DUI case. Last year I was arrested on Cinco De Mayo weekend while attending the Mayweather-Cotto prize fight in Sin City. I need to take a few moments and share my wonderful experience with Jay and his assistant Connie. On a recent trip into Las Vegas I managed to get myself arrested for a misdemeanor and booked into the Clark county detention center. This was my first brush with the law so everything was new to me an...d not pleasant to say the least. I was given a future court date and was told to appear on that date. Since I live in the midwest this could mean several plane trips back to Las Vegas to attend court, an environment that I am not familiar with, and that honestly frightened me. I didn’t know what to do, so I started doing research on the internet. I stumbled across Chip’s website. After reading all the positive things people were saying, I gave him a call. We talked about my case, he informed me that he could attend my first court appearance on my behalf and that he would do his best to handle this without having to have me travel back. While he was busy making this happen I was at work and missed his initial phone call. I returned his call after work and was able to hear the good news from the man himself.
