I had no realistic expectations of beating the charge set against me which would have included significant penalties not only in Nevada but also in my resident state. Mr. Siegel provided honest guidance of what my expectations should be. When I arrived at court, I had numbed myself to the realizati...on that I had no other course of action. My wife was arrested with no bail on a fugitive warrant in Las Vegas because of a warrant issued in California.
