Chip Seigel is a world class expert when comes to the Las Vegas Justice Court. My case is officially closed as of today, so I thought it would be an appropriate time to write this review. I interviewed three attorneys before I chose to retain Chip Siegel to defend me. He was caring from the start and... I liked that he suggested I be proactive and self enroll in alcohol and substance abuse classes before my initial arraignment. It helped out a ton! Chip said "The more you help yourself, the more I can help you." He was the only attorney to make this recommendation. He is not the type of attorney that will make promises about the outcome before the District Attorney is assigned just to get a retainer. Which is characteristic you want in your Attorney. I was charged with one count of Assault with a deadly weapon, a class B felony which if convicted could have changed my life forever. Thankfully Chip was able to get this charge dropped down to a Misdemeanor. The consequences were not too terribly bad. 72 sessions of counseling, 72 hours of community service, and $280 fine. Chip negotiated this plea bargain with the prosecutor before my court appearance; it was nice to know what to expect before I walked into the courtroom. In the courtroom, Chip is was in control. You can tell that he receives a lot of respect for the judges and prosecutors in the courtroom. I think this is because of his prior work as a District Attorney. I can't say enough about this Attorney, other than that he saved my butt, and because of that I am forever grateful. I made a stupid drunken mistake that night, and I am grateful that I get to continue on with my life. I learned my lesson the hard way. Thankfully Chip was able to protect my rights and keep me protected from the judicial system. Thank you Chip and Connie. You have helped me become a better person.

I was arrested in Las Vegas with my first offense DUI breathalyzer was .09 legal limit is .08 Mr Siegel had amazing reviews so I chose to go to him. The first visit with him was beyond helpful, he told me everything to do and what to expect and what he was going to do for me, as he did. My DUI was kn...ocked down to a reckless driving thanks to Mr Siegel and how well he is at his job. If you are in need of a lawyer that will do an outstanding job defiantly hire Mr Siegel I know I'm glad I did!

I was arrested for an LV misdemeanor. Never been arrested before. I live out of state of NV. I followed Jay's excellent advice to take an online class prior to the court date which he knew would be a requisite no matter the outcome. Jay presented my side to the Prosecutor and to the Judge without ...me there and the case was dismissed with a 'small' $250 bail surrender. Thank you Jay!

I hired Chip after looking at several other lawyers to represent my injury DUI case. Immediately I was impressed with his intricate knowledge of the system and how it would all work. He didn't sugar coat anything when we first talked but didn't scare me either and make me feel worse. He was there ...when I needed him and everything he said is exactly how it worked out. I got a reduced sentence, paid a fine and now done which I am very thankful for. Connie his assistant is a major compliment to his office and she made me feel better every time I talked with her. She is a true asset to Chip.

Chip was going up against felony DUI with an exceptionally high BAC. He ensured me to remain calm, and let him do the job I hired him for. I tried my best to do just that, but still, its hard to do. Sometimes, I would get nervous and just want to talk to my lawyer. He never had a problem with tha...t, always got back to me in a timely manner, and encouraged me to call with any additional questions I may have. In the end, Chip found a legal loophole that helped to get my blood evidence removed from the case. Bottom line is, after all was said and done, I am not a felon, I am not going to prison, I am not going to jail. There are definately some hoops I have to jump through before everything is over, but I have a great job that I get to keep, and I get to continue to keep driving (albeit with a breathalyzer in the car). Chip was a pleasure to work with, and I got great results.
