I haven't really talked to Bernstein myself I've only worked with Jocelyn I'm not sure what part she plays in with the firm. I am upset because she doesn't return any of my calls. When I was able to finally get ahold of her, I asked if she can send me a copy of the report, and was told she would get ...it out to me the following day, 3 weeks later I hear nothing so I call again without a reply, finally she calls and apologizes and makes another promise, finally after another 2 weeks I receive my file" so I thought" The file didn't even belong to me nor did it have anything to do with my case. I figured she probably needed it so I left a msg. with her another 2wks go by, I get a call with an apology and receive the file within a couple days. It has been over 7 months and she still says she hasn't gotten the medical report. I just want a call once a month to just let me know any updates on my case. Now I'm receiving letter from medicare saying that I have to give them all this info on the case because they paid the bill and want payment, now once again she wont return my calls.

I have been with Edward Bernstein and Associates since Oct. 2012. They have worked long and hard with my Workman's Comp. case. W.C. is not easy to deal with. They DO care about their clients and we do come first.... I like to thank the law firm and staff for a JOB WELL DONE !!!! I WOULD HIGHL...Y RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM !!!!
