I am Veteran 40% disabled. I went in search of the most qualified IMO Doctor I could find via Internet. I spent two days combing forums and asking questions. Then I found Dr. Anaise. He’s both an active Medical Doctor and a certified VA Disability Lawyer. I was immediately impressed that he had d...ual professional expertise to offer. Next, I researched his lawyer side in Citations and found he had won a good number of sleep apnea appeals. I contacted Dr. Anaise to do my Sleep Apnea appeal, and he did not disappoint. I got a 12-page report loaded with graphic exhibits, strong medical rationales, medical literature documenting and connecting my s/c secondaries – rhinitis and sinus – to Sleep Apnea. Further, from the time I contacted him, I had the IMO in my hands inside three weeks. Dr. Anaise delivered more than expected and totally won me over. Dr. Anaise was a Godsend to me who won my disability case , saved my life and gave me Independence. His dimeanor is serious however, he did make me laugh a few times. I was treated extremely respectful by the Dr. & staff . They prepared me for my case and the Dr. gave me confidence he would win a...nd he did. This attorney has no business practicing S.S. law! After my initial appointment i never heard one thing from him or his office. I did all the paperwork. When i called the office to inquire about my case the staff were exceptionally rude. They made me feel like i was bothering them. When i was notifie...d about my hearing date i went to see Mr. Anaise. It was the second time i had met him. He definitly didn't know anything about my case and when i voiced my concern him and his staff were horribly rude. I fired him on the spot. I was scared because i was a month away from my hearing. Anyone who has gone through this knows how extremely stressful this is. My future income was dependent on this. I had a complex case, not a simple bad back. I found anouther law firm. They welcomed me, treated me with dignity, and took my case. I met with them every week until my hearing and we spoke numerous times on the phone. They had to catch up on the whole case and all the work Mr. Anaises office didn't do the whole prior year. Needless to say, i received a favorable outcome. Shame on Mr. Anaise and his whole staff!! I can only thank God i fired them and that they DIDN'T represent me in court!

David. Anaise, ia a practicing attorney specializing in Social Security disability law in the state of Arizona, and he is also an experienced Medical Doctor (MD). Like many people with a disability claim, my initial disability claim was denied. I started looking online for legal council and was imp...ressed with the published stats (win loss record) of David Anaise. I made an appt and met with David Anaise soon thereafter, and we met for about an hour one day while he reviewed my documents, and medical records. After reviewing my case, Dr. Anaise, agreed to accept my case on a contingency, (if he doesn't win he doesn't get paid). I was impressed with his win, loss track record, and his staff. I felt very confident that he could represent me and get the job done by winning my case. However, everyone has a different personality, and I don't mean for this to sound rude, or derogatory, but in my opinion, if your looking for and attorney with a personality this attorney (David.Anaise), is not a person you will be happy with. He is not a jovial person, nor is he Mr. Personality. I was not looking for a life long friend, instead, I went to him looking for an attorney that could win my case and he did exactly that. What he lacks in personality (in my opinion), his staff more than makes up for and all I wanted was an attorney that could win my case..
