I hired Matt through a friends recommendation when my ex decided to try to take my daughter away from me. His rates are reasonable, and his service and availability are amazing! I was in a bitter custody situation where my ex and her family were hiding my son from me and I needed help immediately. I had initially hired another lawyer to handle my case and was referred to Matt when I became displeased with my first attorney's inability to file my case for over a month after I... hired him. After meeting with Matt he assured me I was in good hands and I would soon have my son back in my life. The very next day my case was filed and Matt expedited my first hearing so I could see my son again. My name is RB, I was hit with a VERY expensive unexpected divorce after 18 yrs. I was very successful and self employed. Needless to say, I cannot recommend any one more profusely than I am right now. You dont want a boy scout, you want a PIT BULL and Matt Schultz is a PIT BULL on steroids.

I personally recommend Matt. If anyone or anyone you may know is dealing with a contentious situation and needs help. Seriously this is your guy. I was in the best of hands in what I was being put through....I rarely go out of my way to recommend a service or a person but I am so confident in his abi...lity given what I witnessed that I feel compelled to give his name to anyone that may find them self in a situation out of their control....I am blessed to have come in contact with him.

Matt did an excellent job of representing me in my recent divorce. In addition to his excellent performance in the competencies identified above he is a no non-sense attorney. I felt like he was able to address the critical issues keeping his billing to a minimum. I have heard many stories of othe...r attorneys seemingly taking more bureaucratic approaches thereby racking up unnecessary attorneys fees. Not the case with Matt.
