Mr. Munoz is an outstanding attorney. My case involved embezzlement: miss use of company authorized credit card and paying funds back by allocating company funds to pay for debt. This went on for a two year time period. There is no excuse for my actions and letting it go on for this time period. ...I am ashamed and deeply remorseful for my actions. During that period of time I was experiencing financial difficulties and felt I had no one to turn to for help. When I was charged with a class 3 felony with several factors in the case,.
