I witnessed a car accident and gave one of the driver's my card. I gave my account to an insurance company stating very clearly what I witnessed. I got a call from Marc Victor's office stating that the insurance company was denying the claim of the person I gave my card to. I told them I had given... the account that this person was clearly not at fault to the insurance company, and set an appointment for a phone with an attorney. The attorney didn't call at the appointed time. I called the person that made the appointment and left a message. No response. I called again and she answered then "accidently" lost my call and didn't call back. I called a THIRD time, left my contact information, and still have not received a call back. All I can say is I feel very sorry for the driver that hired this office to help her because they have 100% dropped the ball and are not doing their job.

I retained Marc's services for criminal defense. He and his partners were very professional, and always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. They could be counted on to keep me apprised of any news or updates in the course of the case. The first two firms we looked into did not require a consultation fee…we paid nothing and got nothing. PAY THE FEE. Marc’s firm is polished and professional with wonderful ambiance and decor but that is not what makes his firm special. It is his staff. If you are on Marc’s team you were probably hand selected to become part of an impressive group of people. People of the highest caliber who are not only talented and educated but who also have heart and truly care about the clients they save. Our first case handled by Andy, you saved the day! Our second case, a very serious and involved one, had Marc there for our son like “Johnny on the spot!” We would not have known what to do, where to turn or how to handle any of it, but he walked us through the process step-by-step…thank goodness. By the end of our case, Marc made the most impassioned, eloquent, fervent speech to the judge, driving home his point of divine condemnation towards certain unfair and what feels like unconstitutional segments of our judicial system. Rightfully so! The judge and prosecutors needed to hear it and I was so glad our family and friends were there to hear it as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just wish I had recorded it. Furthermore, Marc went above, beyond and out of his way recently taking the time to be sure our son was ok. He has no idea how much that meant personally to my family and most especially to me, his mother. In writing this, my hope is to impress upon potential clients that Marc can be and should be a pit bull when he needs to be. Never underestimate the power of a good, supportive attorney, and what they can do for you. And Marc Victor is just that !!! He took the time to understand my situation in the initial consultation meeting and he helped ease my fears and concerns based on his extensive experience. Although my ca...se was really only in an investigative stage, I nonetheless was very, very concerned and wanted someone who I thought would be there to support me in case I ever had to go to trial.
