I would highly recommend this law firm. I hired Craig Gillespie after my son was hospitalized for excessive fluid around his brain. He needed some temporary shunts placed to drain the excess fluid, which prompted a CPS investigation that seemed to never end and really never went anywhere. After a ...few months of police interrogations and misleading CPS statements and inaction, my wife and I hired Craig to represent us because we were told basically that since CPS assumed it was an injury that it would go to court. Craig was very responsive and sympathetic to predicament. He was knowledgeable in the area and very good at getting things moving. Knowing that CPS was pushing to get this in the courts and off of their plate and how ridiculous this case was, he could have easily let them place our case in the court system and started billing us for trial preparation, court costs, and trial fees. A short while ago, I found myself in the worst situation of my adult life, fighting a high level felony assault charge in Maricopa County.
